Types
Type VT
Safety chuck
With this safety chuck, the inserts can be replaced quickly and easily directly in the machine. Downtime is kept to a minimum. Any shape and size of insert can be chosen, and we can supply the inserts in different hardnesses to give a perfect fit of shafts and inserts.
Type C
Safety chuck
Since the introduction of the C safety chuck in 1948 – the C safety chuck has become the industry standard. This is a high-quality product at an economical price.
Type Sliding safety chuck
Safety chuck
This safety chuck can be adjusted axially. The roll can also be adjusted sideways during operation. It is thus possible to move the roll to the left or right. It is also possible to compensate for length tolerances of the winding shaft with a sliding chuck.
Type P
Pneumatic safety chuck
This safety chuck is designed for all manufacturing processes that require little or no operator presence and maximum safety. Can be closed or opened with compressed air
