With many other well-known systems it is “replace with new” when the coupling is worn, which results in a very large ongoing expense. You avoid that with OPTIGRIP^®. All wear parts can easily be replaced, saving a great deal of money year after year.

With the OPTIGRIP® quick-change system you get the safest, most economical and most time-efficient solution available for gripper changes on robots in industry. All models have the most accurate positioning, the fastest and easiest locking without special tools, integrated air connection as standard and optional electrical connectors, and meet all industry standards.

OPTIGRIP®, will be perfectly positioned every time it is mounted on the robot. In addition to helping prevent damage, this can also greatly reduce the amount of fine adjustment needed during set-up.

OPTIGRIP^®quick-change system with an outer diameter of 90 mm. can be used for all types of robots. It is used for fast gripper changes on robots and combines three functions in one coupling. Thanks to the unique and new seal geometry, compressed air or vacuum is automatically connected or disconnected during the gripper change.

The electrical coupling (sub-D connector) can be used to connect the gripper signals. Finally, the locking disc and the new locking bolt guarantee a secure connection. The correct coupling with the gripper part can be verified by a sensor.

The pneumatic connections are replaceable. They can now easily be replaced when they are worn. In this way, we consistently take the sustainability concept into account.
