HNC Group A/S becomes part of Momentum Group AB
HNC Group A/S - which is a leading company with the production of components and tailor-made solutions within automation and process optimization, has been sold to Momentum Group AB with effect from 1 June 2022. With the new owner – who has bought 70% of the shares – HNC Group A/S wants to increase the already positive progress with sales primarily to the food and pharmaceutical industry. Companies belonging to the HNC Group - Saniflow ApS and HNC Technik GmbH - are included as part of the trade.

HNC Group A/S continues as an independent company in Momentum Group AB, and under the existing management with Christian Qvist-Pedersen at the helm. HNC Group A/S will basically remain in the current locations at the address in Vemmelev. The sale to Momentum Group is also the beginning of a generational change in HNC Group A/S, where Kim Nielsen takes the opportunity to take another step back, in order to use her energies on development and export-related tasks in the future.
Acquisitions are an important part of Momentum Group's growth strategy. We are now taking another exciting step within our business area; Components and Automation together with HNC Group A/S - a well-established company with strong customer relations to the industry and committed employees with high competence. The purchase expands the group geographically and gives us access to a strong offer within product verticals that we are familiar with.
